  1. We ordered carry out at our store #40881, in Walnut Cove, NC on May 21, 2025 @ 02:02. It was a family order and was carry out. My order was a Deluxe Quarter Cheeseburger. When I bit into the burger I tasted something like paper. Upon looking into it, I realized it was a paper receipt in with the burger, layered with lettuce, tomato, etc. I was shocked. Yuck. I was disgusted. When I called the store & complained, the young girl who talked with me told me that a manager was at the table with the order. She could do nothing until I brought the sandwich back into the restaurant. I did not take the sandwich back to the restaurant–it is 7 miles back. I will not spend any more money including gas money regarding this issue at McDonald’s. I do have pictures of the burger & what I received. I gave the McDonald’s a chance since I have heard other complaints from friends. They failed. I can assure you that my family will not visit that McDonald’s in the future. I expected better. Calling that store did not accomplish anything but made me more frustrated. You need to train employees how to prepare food & how to talk to upset & discontent customers, especially if told a manager was responsible for making the burger with a paper receipt layered as part of the burger. I would also investigate how a receipt was in the food preparation area to begin with. I would not want anyone else to deal with the shock & disappointment like I did. I’m thankful it wasn’t something worse or that someone didnt eat the burger & the paper receipt such a child, etc. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  2. McDonald’s store # 11061 at 4600 W Sunset in Springdale, AR 72764 has been absolute trash the last five or so times I’ve gone. I use the mobile app to order, have been told when an item wasn’t available I have to go through the app and the app says to talk to an employee. On 3/4/25, I placed an order about 20 minutes prior to my arrival. I sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes, having been told when I pulled up that it would be a few minutes. There were no other cars in the drive-through at the time. I pulled up, got my receipt at 7:55 pm, pulled up to the second window and sat there for 20 minutes. Having already paid, I wasn’t going to give up. There was an employee slowly walking around the front, after about 10 minutes of seeing nobody and nobody came to the window at all. She looked straight at me and walked to the back. After 20 or so minutes, she opened the window and asked, “how are you doing tonight?”, handed me the McFlurry and I said “not great, I’ve been here 30 minutes”. She said, “I’m sorry about that”, handed me my food and closed the window. There were less than 3 people in the dining area. Terrible. To make things worse, this was a celebratory meal for my youngest after a choir concert. Do better.

  3. I miss my name is Brandy I have been here at the McDonald’s off of i-30 and deliri exit I’ve been waiting in line for 22 minutes before I was even acknowledged there was one vehicle in front of me one behind me the one behind me left he got tired of waiting so long I’m still at the window after placing my order another 15 minutes waiting on a bacon McDouble and a small fry they can’t seem to get it together and as I’m looking there’s a whole kitchen full of people there’s no money inside I’m the only one left in line and I’m still waiting on my burger and fries as a pain customer I really feel that customer service should be a little bit more respectful and acknowledge the fact that I’m on my lunch break or we are on our lunch break and we need to get in and out as fast as possible if I wanted to go down in somewhere and have a full meal cooked then that’s what I would have done this is ridiculous

  4. I was not allowed to complete survey because only five surveys per month allowed. I have only completed one survey in several months
